UBCopyFolder is a search engine that allows records to be displayed in a grid. From the grid the users can pick and chose which document records they want to move to a new application or append records to an existing application. The beauty of UBCopyFolder is where records are required for permanent retention; however through compliance you must delete terminated documents off of the active records application. This program also has a built in Datalink to outside programs where outside program can change the values with UBiQuati record applications. This utility works along with swap folder where documents can be moved or copied from within the same application.
